Podere Sant'Apollonia was part of the Granducale Estate of Montecchio. Originally a worker's dwelling from the final years of Granducal administration, the property is located in the quiet Valdichiana valley, overlooking the Cortona hills.
Today we offer hospitality in 5 apartments for a total of 18 beds, combining the charm of the Tuscan countryside with the unique thrill of gliding.
Our grass airstrip offers excellent thermal and wave opportunities for gliding enthusiasts, with a rich aviation history that includes the historic Falco F8L.
