Podere Sant'Apollonia is located in the heart of the Valdichiana valley, between Arezzo and Cortona, and is easily accessible by plane, car or train.

We are an aerial farm stay with a private airstrip: you can land right at your doorstep! The field is open to motor aircraft and ultralights.

By car

The airstrip is just a few minutes from the Valdichiana exit of the A1 motorway (Autostrada del Sole), which connects Milan to Naples via Bologna, Florence and Rome.

By train

Castiglion Fiorentino

Nearest station - ~5 km

On the regional Florence–Rome line (slow line). Convenient when arriving from Florence, Arezzo or Umbria. From the station the farm stay is just a few minutes by car.

Arezzo

~18 km - High-speed line

Served by Frecciarossa and Frecciargento high-speed trains. Ideal when arriving from Milan, Bologna, Rome or Naples. From Arezzo you can continue by regional train to Castiglion Fiorentino or drive directly to the farm stay (~20 minutes).
